The workshop for Research Innovation Incubation Design Laboratories (RiiDL) is designed to strengthen the organisational culture and enhance communication skills. This customised programme focuses on values, leadership, team performance, and effective communication, aiming to transform the institution's culture while developing essential stakeholder management skills. Facilitator

Prof Preeti S Rawat, Director, Faculty and Staff Development Centre, Somaiya Vidyavihar University is a season professional with over 20 years of teaching experience. She has earned her doctorate in the area of empowerment and organisational effectiveness from University of Mumbai, India. She is also the Professor for Organisational Behavior and Human Resource at K J Somaiya Institute of Management and Editor-in-Chief of the institute’s management journal, Business Perspectives and Research (Sage Publications). Prof Preeti is a certified Behavioural Coach, assessor for Workplace Big Five Profile 3.0TM and Seville International Certification. Her management training experience spans across private and public sector organisations in the areas of D&I (gender, disability, millennial), leadership, employee engagement, empowerment, handling difficult feedback, interpersonal effectiveness, attitude and motivation, trust at workplace, problem solving skills, overcoming personal ineffectiveness, team building and management of change, and inspirational leadership. Prof Preeti has participated in various International Conferences. She has extensively published her work in national and international journals

Ms Shreya Nair, Programme Manager at the Faculty & Staff Development Centre, Somaiya Vidyavihar University,    Mumbai. She is also pursuing her PhD in the field of innovation and finance. Prior to joining SVU, she has worked with Goldman Sachs and has served as an Assistant Professor at Christ University. During the course of her career, she has extensively worked with MS Office tools and Generative AI tools, and has conducted training sessions on Business Etiquette, MS Excel and other software.
